Happy People Happy Nation!

We believe in exactly what our name says. Happy people happy nation is a non-profit organization (NPO) that works in an altruistic and innovative way for doing public welfare across the globe. We believe without a shadow of doubt that everyone on this earth deserves all the necessary resources available without much struggle. Our focus is on providing high-quality yet low-cost interventions that will work as a bridge between the people in need and the resources.

Happy people happy nation was established at New Jersey. Our agenda is to reach more and more people and to provide a mental and physical comfort. Over a period of time, we have helped a lot of people who were struggling with basic necessities to make through their day to day life. We are spreading our wings to cover every possible village and slum that is suffering from any healthcare, livelihood or environmental dysfunction and make all the positive changes that we can. Happy people happy nation aims at providing basic facilities to the lower strata of the society by doing effective relevant programs for them.

Vision: – Happy people happy nation wants every individual to have access to quality basic resources so that they could live an equal and happy life.

Mission: – Our mission is to make the living more livable, eating more edible, water more drinkable and air more breathable.

Eating more edible

“Hunger is not an issue of charity. It is an issue of justice.”-Jacques Diouf.

Happy people, a happy nation believes that the right to adequate food is a human right just like any other human right. We are trying to make a real difference in the lives of the hungry and oppressed people who are actually suffering from malnutrition.

Food availability is not a problem. Food scraps remain with hunger and malnutrition – even in the same country. It is not the availability of food, but access to food for the vulnerable and needy who do not have what is the real problem.

People are starving,

  • Because they do not have the opportunity to produce,
  • Because they can’t get enough money to buy the food they need, or
  • Because they can’t work at all.

Lack of access to food has probably never been the result of general food shortages. It has an effect instead because people are deprived of access to food-producing resources and income as a result of the discrimination they face. Our planet has enough food and resources to produce food for everyone so that we can feed ourselves now and in the future. Access to these services is a problem of social and economic rights. Significant progress has been made in this decision over the past two decades.

Our goal is to provide food to each and every possible individual or at least inspire them to make efficient efforts to have food.

Happy people happy nation provides healthy and freshly cooked food to people on the streets and slums. The team visits and adopts slums across India and supplies food to needy people. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been providing daily food to security guards, staff and leaders around Bangalore, Bihar and many other provinces in India.

Living more livable

The United States is the world’s largest producer and consumer of electricity followed by China and India. Yet, millions of people still live in the dark after sunset. While many projects have been undertaken by both public and private sectors, Happy people happy nation has taken the initiative to enlighten people’s lives around the world. We offer solar lighting systems in rural homes that do not have access to grid electricity which affects the lives of people living below the poverty line.

It is well-known that the supply of electricity in villages and small towns is wavering and unreliable. There are even homes where electricity is not yet available. Some villages with electricity have interrupted supply of a few hours a day, while others have no electricity at all. Solar energy can provide electricity in these rural areas, especially at night, thereby reducing dependence on paraffin or oil. Solar energy lights can increase economic productivity for adults in the evening, empowers women, and allows children to study 2 more hours each night compared to homes without electricity. Clean, renewable, reliable energy from sunlight can save lives.

We aspire to see the day when each house has a light. We want to empower communities with clean energy where the grid is missing or unreliable. In India, we have helped less-served communities, including the untouchables, the schedule tribe and schedule caste.

Our goal is to illuminate every house by providing a stable product that is delivered to the grassroots. While focusing on educating people about the health, safety and environmental awareness.

Water more drinkable

“Pure Water is the World’s First and Foremost Medicine.” – Slovakian Proverb

As we all know, no one can live without water and this is the basic need for any living person. We need to understand the importance of water in our life. Earth is the only known planet on this water and life and even after being born on this privileged land people a suffering from water scarcity in almost every third part on the earth. Happy people happy nation took an small initiative to bring clean and safe water for every possible family.

Major Concern:-

  • Every 60 seconds a baby dies from a waterborne disease. In fact, most deaths among children under five are due to water born preventable diseases.
  • Women and children are often exploited on dangerous water travels. Picking water for long distances and in the dark is dangerous. Women and children are especially vulnerable. Unfortunately, the task of fetching water often falls on them.
  • More than 25% of water projects fail in just three years. Not all water projects are created equal. The UN estimates that in Sub-Saharan Africa alone, approximately 30-60% of the resources have failed (Life water resources have 98% success since 2015).
  • The water crisis keeps children trapped in the hunger cycle. They miss school when they are sick, or when schools do not have access to clean water and safe toilets.

We credence:-

  • Improving the ability of local people to meet their needs is the only sustainable solution for the provision of basic services.
  • Non-profit organizations provide leadership in improving the living conditions of the poor and the development of a global community.
  • As a basic necessity of life, all people have the right to safe and secure water.
  • Recognizing the universal right to clean water, all members of the global community have a responsibility to create or fund institutions, economic programs, and community structures that can meet this need.

Air more Breathable

“The Earth is what we all have in common.”- Wendell Berry

Good air quality is a basic requirement for a healthy lifestyle. It can protect us from many illnesses that are caused only by polluted air. There are many sources of air pollution and many of them can be controlled with minimal effort. Public awareness is needed about the negative effects of air pollution on human health and campaigns are the best way to raise awareness among people. We do campaigns in schools make children aware about the safety of environment in all the aspects. We all like to do our best to help the environment. But as time goes on, we see new environmental concerns.

Our major concerns:-

  • Loss of Biodiversity: – The past 50 years have seen rapid growth in human consumption, population growth, globalization, and urbanization, which has led to the use of much of the world’s resources rather than natural resources.
  • Plastic Pollution: – In 1950, the earth produced more than 2 million tons of plastic a year. In 2015, this annual production increased to 419 million tons. Around 11 million tons of plastic go in the oceans every year, harming wildlife habitats and the animals that live in them.
  • Deforestation: – Every minute, forests are being cleared of the size equal to 20 football fields. By 2030, the planet will have only 10% of its forests; if deforestation does not continue, we can lose everything in less than 100 years.
  • Air pollution: – Study by the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that an estimated 4.2 to 7 million people die from air pollution worldwide each year and that 9 out of 10 people breathe in air containing high levels of air pollution.

We credence: –

  • To provide awareness to people of all ages, levels and locations with biodiversity conservation.
  • Conserving, developing and expanding the plant community.
  • Use a basic livelihood to conserve natural resources.
  • Reduce the use of plastic in every possible circumstance.
