Care for next generation

Care for next generation

To educate future generation about the need of healthy environment for each and every single species, we need to start teaching them the plus and the minuses of the environment and how to deal with the scarcity of resources.

Happy people happy nation collaborate with schools to organize seminars on environment awareness and to spread the importance of environmental health. We conduct seminars and promote best utilization of resources around us.

What we do: –

  • Participating principal, teachers and parents are facilitated with an orientation program before the seminar.
  • In seminar children are asked to make a poster related to the protection of environment
  • It will be a two hour activity based informative classroom seminar in which theme will be discussed and the students were expected to undertake the activity under the guidance of their teachers.
  • The best three posters get selected and the top three winners will receive a paper bag having their portrait on that will be placed just upon the poster the child has made.
  • This will promote the use of paper bag by replacing the plastic ones
  • Also, we will schedule a tree planting dates at school once in a week.

Benefits from service:

Children will be able to understand-

  • About the three Rs: reduce waste, recycle materials, and reuse resource.
  • Why trees are important in nature.
  • Encourage children to turn off all appliances and lights when not in use.
  • Make sure the taps are properly closed after using them and using less water.

We believe that children need emotional touch in whatever they do and providing a prize of paper bag with their picture on it will definitely make them concern for this cause.
Children are more likely to remember the things people did than what they said. While teaching children what it means to be environmentally friendly is important, it will have a profound effect on them when you lead by example.
So, when you see trash, take it even if it is not yours. You never know which little eyes might look at you and who can learn from you!
