Light a Life

Remote areas are there across the globe where people are suffering from electric scarcity from a long period of time and electricity is something which is one of the basic requirements to survive efficiently. Slums and villages are there with erratic or no supply of electricity, it is not available as per need of the people. Even if the electricity comes it comes for 4 to 5 hours only, or it doesn’t come at all. People are bound to use kerosene lamps which release nitric oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide, and sulfur dioxide when burned and increases the risk of having asthma and cancer.

We identify the neediest of the needy people from every possible area and help them by giving them battery lights and fan which will run on a single battery charge for more than six years. This will reduce the dependency on the kerosene lamps. This will mostly help children who are hard working and laborious and facing problem in studying after sunset. This initiative will provide certain level of comfort to each and every member of the family.

What we do: –

• Happy People Happy Nation identifies the poorest people in the village and provides them with solar panels.
• Lamps are purchased in bulk from reputable companies.
• People will be given a product demonstration and taught how to store it
• The lantern has a battery life for more than a couple of years.
• We provide solar panels which will be for both light and fan and could be used for more than a couple of years.
